Better well-being through innovative digitally supported personal health management
- The AYUDO (Spanish for “I support”) project aims to help older or chronically ill people take early and regular measures to maintain or improve their health by digitizing their health data. The focus here is on recording and supporting people’s own management of those factors that have a positive impact on physical and mental well-being and influence their own performance and resilience. We expect new insights and results in particular in the areas of:
- Usage possibilities of a personal Digital Health Record through new intelligent services;
- Application, acceptance and safety of digital voice assistance as an interface for AAL solutions;
- Helpful communication/visualization of health data for patients and caregivers;
- Flexible integration of individually already available, distributed, inhomogeneous, non-integrated and patchy digitized health data;
