The COOP4HEALTHCARE project is pursuing an improvement of healthcare services through targeted action-oriented cooperation. The project team is currently working on the development and partial implementation of 42 cross-border pilot projects on integrated health solutions and a common strategic roadmap within the Interreg Slovenia-Austria program area.
