In order to reach the target groups, appropriate problems that can be solved with ESMA and related use cases have been identified. The target groups will be specifically engaged based on a defined UCD based process. For vulnerable groups and women, the ESMA research team will implement a multi-stage participatory research design (including workshops, focus groups and UX\/acceptance discussions) focusing on need understanding and technology concept transfer.
