Der korrekte Nachweis der elektromagnetischen Vertr\u00e4glichkeit liegt in der Verantwortung des Herstellers f\u00fcr sein Produkt. Die Konformit\u00e4tserkl\u00e4rung mit der EMV-Richtlinie berechtigt zur Kennzeichnung eines Ger\u00e4tes mit dem CE-Zeichen.
