Die Thermodynamik wird im ersten Moment von den Studierenden im Allgemeinen als eines der schwierigeren Wissensgebiete angesehen. Durch einfache und u\u0308bersichtliche Versuche wird in die Grundlagen der K\u00e4ltetechnik eingefu\u0308hrt. Dies umfasst zum einen die erfolgreiche Durchfu\u0308hrung von Forschungsaktivit\u00e4ten in einem umfassenden Sinne (F&amp;E-Projekte, Beratungsprojekte, Publikationen, Konferenzbeitr\u00e4ge etc.). Das Thema Energiewende im Zeitalter der dezentralen und azyklischen Energieerzeugung mittels regenerativer Energien macht die Nutzung der physikalischen Wirkprinzipien von Latentw\u00e4rmespeichermaterialien besonders interessant.
