The issue is that at present the aforementioned specialists are not sufficiently skilled to efficiently work with digital technologies and tools, and to understand possible pitfalls in their use, including mental health issues and legal matters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The specific objectives<\/strong> of the NEXT project include the following.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>Educating students of different specialities on the digital technology, soft skills, legal aspects, and mental health maintenance to help them in getting ready for changing requirements of the modern job market towards next-generation \u2018digital\u2019 jobs.<\/li>\n<li>Training academic staff to support learners with qualified coaches who can assist them in their studies for digital transformations.<\/li>\n<li>Developing innovative learning resources in line with the newest trends in digital technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing students\u2019 teamwork as well as improving their digital skills through carrying out student projects contest.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing advanced multimedia laboratories in Ukrainian universities, which will support students by providing them an opportunity of gaining practical experience in using the newest hardware and technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project\u2019s work plan includes seven <strong>work packages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle\">\n<li>WP1 Project management<\/li>\n<li>WP2 Analysis of \u2018digital\u2019 labour market requirements and \u2018digital\u2019 employee\u2019s needs<\/li>\n<li>WP3 Capacity building for learner-centred informal \u2018digital\u2019 education<\/li>\n<li>WP4 Learning resources testing and validation<\/li>\n<li>WP5 Launching of learner-centred informal \u2018digital\u2019 education<\/li>\n<li>WP6 Building of the NEXT-Network<\/li>\n<li>WP7 Dissemination and exploitation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More information is available at the NEXT project website (<a href=\"https:\/\/nextstudy.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/nextstudy.eu<\/a>)<br \/>Contact information: next.project@stuba.sk (official), t.klinger@fh-kaernten.at (local)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Disclaimer:<br \/><span data-teams=\"true\">Funded by the European Union.
