und Akzeptanz von Prothesen verbessern. Faktoren wie Alter, Gewicht und individuelle Bed\u00fcrfnisse stehen im direkten Zusammenhang mit der Prothesennutzung. Weitere Ursachen f\u00fcr die geringe Akzeptanz in verschiedenen Zielgruppen sind schlechte Prothesenanpassungen, gr\u00f6\u00dfere Unbequemlichkeit und geringe Identifikation. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erschweren Schwankungen in der K\u00f6rperform durch Gewichts\u00e4nderungen oder durch berufs- bzw. alltagsspezifische K\u00f6rperpositionen die Anpassung und den Tragekomfort. Weiters will PROTEA einen bestehenden Gender- und Diversit\u00e4ts-Gap schlie\u00dfen, da Frauen seltener mit einer Prothese ausgestattet werden als amputierte M\u00e4nner. Wenn Frauen eine Prothese erhalten, schl\u00e4gt die Prothesenanpassung \u00f6fter fehl und die Prothesen werden weniger h\u00e4ufig akzeptiert und genutzt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7e64a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d7e64a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Zentrale Innovationen zur Umsetzung der Meilensteine sind ein digitaler Herstellungsprozess, Innovationen im materiellen und strukturellen Bereich durch 3D-Druck vom Au\u00dfenschaft sowie eines Weichk\u00f6rpers (Kombination aus Liner und Weichwandschaft) mit integrierter Sensorik. 3D-Druck bietet eine nachhaltige L\u00f6sung zur Herstellung, Anpassung und Funktionalisierung von Prothesen, welche dadurch besser auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse von Prothesentr\u00e4ger:innen angepasst und zugleich ressourceneffizienter, nachhaltiger und flexibler gestaltet werden k\u00f6nnen. Die Integration von Sensorik soll zus\u00e4tzlich zum kontinuierlichen Monitoring der Passung und der Akzeptanz beitragen und dadurch unterst\u00fctzen diverse Barrieren in der Verwendung der Prothesen zu minimieren.<\/p><p>Durch die interdisziplin\u00e4re Zusammenarbeit von Industrie, Forschung, Genderexpert:innen und aller wichtigen Nutzer:innengruppen k\u00f6nnen im Projekt PROTEA die Vorteile des 3D-Drucks f\u00fcr Prothesen unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung gender- und diversit\u00e4tsbezogener Aspekte erarbeitet werden und gemeinsam in die Umsetzung gebracht werden. Im Zuge dessen wird ein besonderer Fokus auf den Aufbau und Transfer von Genderbasierten Wissen in allen und \u00fcber alle beteiligten Entit\u00e4ten, Disziplinen und die Entwicklung des digitalen Fertigungsprozesses gelegt.<\/p><p>\u00a0Beteiligte Projektpartner:innen sind neben der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fh-kaernten.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FH K\u00e4rnten<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/forschung.fh-kaernten.at\/aal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forschungsgruppe <\/a>ENABLE\u00a0und <a href=\"https:\/\/forschung.fh-kaernten.at\/admire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forschungszentrum ADMiRE<\/a>) das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifz.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Interdisziplin\u00e4re Forschungszentrum f\u00fcr Technik, Arbeit und Kultur<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luxinergy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Luxinergy GmbH<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sepin.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sepin Orthop\u00e4dietechnik<\/a>.<\/p><p>PROTEA wird im Rahmen des Programms FEMtech Forschungsprojekte 2021 aus Mitteln der FFG und des Bundesministeriums f\u00fcr Klimaschutz, Umwelt, Energie, Mobilit\u00e4t, Innovation und Technologie gef\u00f6rdert. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ffg.at\/\">www.ffg.at<\/a><span Konsortialmeeting statt. Im Rahmen dessen wurden die ersten Prototypen der Unterschenkelprothese vorgestellt und im Team diskutiert, welche n\u00e4chsten Schritte in der Technikentwicklung sinnvoll w\u00e4ren.
