The objective of the project is to support the National Park municipalities of Oberes Mölltal (Großkirchheim, Winklern, Mörtschach) in implementing Climate and Energy Model (KEM) measures to achieve the highest possible levels of CO2 neutrality and energy self-sufficiency. This is to be accomplished by utilizing solar and hydropower and identifying energy-efficient solutions. A key focus is to raise awareness among the population and establish new practices through incentives.
