On February 13, 2025, the second face-to-face meeting of the SITAR project took place at the headquarters of the ISB (Istituto Tecnologia Materiali Edili Alto Adige), where all project members worked together and discussed for a whole day. This meeting took place one year after the official launch of the project and provided an opportunity to review progress and strengthen cooperation between the partners.
The meeting was attended by representatives of all SITAR partners: CUAS (Carinthia University of Applied Sciences), ISB, UNIUD (University of Udine), Bergmeister S.R.L, Friul Julia Appalti Srl, Antonio Basso S.P.A, and Alpacem.
During the day, each partner presented the current status of their work and gave valuable insights into their contributions to the project. These presentations paved the way for open discussions and enabled the exchange of ideas that is essential for the development of a project involving experts from such diverse fields.
The meeting underlined the importance of working together to fulfill SITAR’s mission: to support the construction industry in its transition to more sustainable approaches. By fostering dialog and collaboration between its partners, SITAR creates a solid foundation for tackling the challenges of sustainability in construction.
