The TObP project kick-off meeting took place from 3rd to 5th October on CUAS campus\u00a0Primoschgasse\u00a0in Klagenfurt, Austria. All our partners from Finland, Kosovo, Germany and Switzerland joined the meeting to ensure a fruitful start for the collaboration – we are very happy to have\u00a0a consortium with such an enthusiasm\u00a0 and diverse\u00a0expertise!<\/p>\n
Apart from getting to know each other, during\u00a0the two and a half\u00a0days we\u00a0had a lot on our plate – starting a 3-year project is indeed no small task. We worked intensively\u00a0on reaching a joint understanding of the project’s purpose, implementation\u00a0and how to put the intellectual outputs into practice. Project management\u00a0was naturally\u00a0part of the\u00a0meeting\u00a0agenda , as well as clarifying the timeline and each partner’s roles, tasks and contributions, to name a few topics.<\/p>\n
Last but not least we agreed on the next steps until our next meeting in the end of May\u00a02019 in Finland.<\/p>\n
