TeleCareHub - Technical approaches for people and care.
A survey is currently taking place to improve the situation of people in care. Help us and fill out the online questionnaire!

In the TeleCareHub project (2022-2026), a network for digital support in care and caregiving is to be established, bringing together stakeholders and highlighting ways to ensure that people with dementia living at home are well supported.
Survey
We are currently conducting a survey on stress in care and support needs. From this, we will derive measures and recommendations on ways to reduce the burden surrounding at-home care and support. By participating in the survey, you will help us provide the most suitable solution on the telecare platform.
Who can participate?
The survey is aimed at two target groups, for each of which there is a separate questionnaire: “People with dementia”: People living at home with mild dementia or suspected dementia are invited to participate. People with or without an existing caregiving service are eligible. “Caregivers”: Caregivers or relatives (so-called informal caregivers) of people with (suspected) dementia living at home are also cordially invited to participate in the questionnaire survey.
Participation:
We would appreciate it if you would contact us to participate in the survey. By providing your personal and contact details, we can keep you informed about the project in the future, share results, or invite you to events and participation opportunities.
Please send us an email or contact us via phone!
