FS_GASTRO:

German as a Foreign Language for Gastronomy

The focus of the research project is the investigation and recording of the terminology “Gastronomy” in the intercultural context of the restaurant “Magdas”,

Klagenfurt, and the description of their mediation in the ongoing teaching of “Magdas”. The project belongs to the research areas applied linguistics (lexicography) and methodology / didactics of foreign language teaching, possibly social sciences (integration of foreign workers into the Austrian labor market).
