Talk: Generation of Supplemental Spatial Information to Automate Strategic Risk Assessment for Urban Air Mobility Applications
Ensuring the safe operation of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) requires precise and reliable risk assessments. However, no standardized methods currently exist for systematically deriving the necessary supplemental spatial information for these assessments. In her talk, Dariia Strelnikova will explore which geospatial data can be leveraged on a national scale to improve risk assessments and discuss the challenges that need to be addressed to automate this process.
